PAYMENT
KidHeroes.net accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or American Express) only. SORRY, NO CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH. This allows us to send out your order as soon as we receive payment. All purchases are guaranteed 100% safe. To ensure this, our server uses SSL, an encryption technology that makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to view the information as it travels over the Internet.

Your credit card will be charged upon receipt and once payment is confirmed, your ordered items ship. If you happen to order an item that is on back order, your entire order will be held until all the products are available to ship.

RETURNS
All sales through KidHeroes.net are FINAL.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. Contact us at info@kidheroes.net for an arrangement.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Minimum shipping is $5 USD flat rate. Depending on the size of your order, shipping rates will vary. We will e-mail you the final shipping charge if above $5 USD. We ship all domestic orders by noon the next business day. International shipping begins at $8 USD.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: KidHeroes.net is not responsible for import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. We do not have control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
